We provide service and repair for any JAVAD or Spirent units purchased directly from CBIL. We are able to offer support contracts for on site maintenance, remote fault finding and a repair facility at our offices.
In the event of a fault being beyond our in-house expertise we will arrange for the defective unit to be returned to the manufacturer for a full service and/or calibration.
We offer service and support via email and phone and also arrange site visits where necessary. When applicable, we will also engage our partners in supporting our customers in the repair or upgrade of their products.
